I have provided rough guidelines on the individual product pages - but can I please emphasise that I do not provide standard "off the shelf" pieces of work - the finished product will be bespoke - your picture will be unique to you.

As each piece of artwork has different sets of requirements this therefore brings different costs. Please contact me with more precise details and information of your requirement and I will be happy to quote accordingly.

Agreeing on Final Artwork 

I will discuss with you what you are looking for and then show you some choices of what I can offer. Once no further tweaking is required and you have decided on your artwork  I will ask you to confirm that you have proof read for spellings and errors as once agreed I cannot be held responsible . 

Upon our agreement of the final requirements an initial deposit of 30% will be payable via PayPal. I ask for this amount to cover any initial outlay for me to craft your design such as frame, canvas etc.

I am more than happy for completed designs to be collected from me personally at which time the balance payment can be made in cash.
Should you be further afield and require delivery, I use a 'signed for' courier service for which costs are dependent on item size but start from £4.00 for an A5 piece. The balance payment including delivery cost should be made via PayPal upon confirmation of the order completion and prior to release of the item.
Due to the fragility of some items, upon receipt of your package I ask that you open and check the contents prior to signing to ensure no damage has occurred in transit. On the very rare occasion that damage has occurred, the item should be returned to the courier for onward return to myself when I will remake the item at the earliest opportunity.
As each item is bespoke and individual to you and therefore not able to be resold, my apologies but I cannot accept returns.
